Lead System Design

The Challenge

Eco2Mix relied heavily on trade shows for growth and had no consistent way to attract or qualify leads in between events. Marketing effort existed, but there was no continuous system supporting sales.

The Work

I designed a lead generation system focused on a newly identified high-intent segment, golf course superintendents. The system used SEO-driven content, educational assets, and automated nurture to attract, educate, and pre-qualify prospects before sales conversations.

The Result

Eco2Mix replaced episodic visibility with a repeatable lead system, reduced manual effort, and created a structure they could reuse across future campaigns and markets.

Campaign Design & Oversight

The Challenge

Karbon Digital published consistently but lacked a cohesive awareness narrative. Multiple contributors created content without a shared framework, making differentiation difficult in a crowded AI and digital services market.

The Work

I designed an awareness campaign anchored in in-depth thought leadership, using longer educational content to establish differentiation and guide supporting visibility across LinkedIn. The campaign addressed buyer objections directly, including concerns about global delivery models, and translated complex expertise into accessible, decision-oriented messaging.

The Result

Karbon Digital gained a unified awareness framework that strengthened positioning, aligned content efforts, and established a foundation for more intentional visibility and future demand generation.

Boutique Marketing Agency

Fractional CMO Partnership

The Challenge

This boutique marketing agency delivered strong client work but had no internal leadership or structure guiding its own marketing. There was no defined ideal client, brand voice, lead system, or internal campaigns to support growth.

The Work

I stepped in as Fractional CMO to establish foundational direction: defining target segments, shaping a unifying brand voice, designing a lead generation structure, and introducing the agency’s first intentional internal campaigns.
